At SF Paragliding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Below is our refund policy.

Tandem Flights

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled flight receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled or fully refunded.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but never expire. They are transferable and can be used by anyone.

Lessons

Lesson packages are refundable for unused sessions. Contact us to discuss your situation and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
